Through the years on market our company has developed chain of small local breeders registered with local authorities following the highest European Union animal welfare law.

Do I have to qualify to be able to purchase one of your puppies?

No, we do not believe we should qualify anybody when buying puppies from us! One of our customers said it right: “They’re great dogs but we don’t need anyone qualifying us as to whether or not we deserve the right to buy one of their puppies.” It is our intention to place our puppies in good homes. However we certainly reserve the right not to sell if we believe it is in the best interests of the dog.

Do you have a contract?

Does the price of the dog include shipping?

The price of the dog does not include shipping.

How much will it cost to ship my puppy?

The cost of shipping depends on various factors, but the two most significant ones are: the size of the crate which your dog travels in, and the airline company. Size of course depends on your dog’s age and the breed. For a small breed the age is less of a factor, but for a bigger breed the older the dog as it grows, the greater the cost. Airlines prices vary by large amounts.

Do you offer any discounts?

What type of payment do you offer?

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card (Visa, MasterCard) or bank transfer. To hold your puppy we require non-refundable deposit of 200€ minimum. Once the deposit is paid the puppy is no longer listed as available on our website. Customers usuallychoose to pay remaining balance when flight for their puppy is booked and confirmed by airline.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY PUP?

You do not have to pay the total amount all at once as long as the total price is paid prior shipping. Payments can be made at your convenience as long as…

  • The minimum amount to reserve your puppy is 100€.
  • The total price (dog and shipping) is due 15 days before the planned date of arrival.
How long before I get my puppy?

We ship our puppies at the earliest possible moment, but never before 10 weeks. Each country has their own import regulations, with differing minimum age restrictions. Please look on our delivery page for the import regulations to your destination.

How long is the flight? Is my puppy given food and water during the transport? Isnt it too cold/hot for the puppy?

We only ship our puppies with pet friendly, major airlines that have many years experience with shipping animals and have strict safety regulations, such as KLM and Lufthansa. The airplanes have a separate, temperature controlled room for live animals. This is very safe and most puppies sleep through the flight. In most cases, the puppy stays overnight in one of the airline’s cities in Europe, where he/she is provided with food and water before continuing to the final destination.

Will my puppy be quarantined upon arrival?

Every country has their own regulations regarding animal import. We are happy to provide you all necessary information depending from destination. There is no quarantine required for pups coming from European union to U.S. or Canada.

Will my puppy come with a pet passport?

Every puppy will come with original EU PASSPORT containing vaccination records, health check records along identified with ISO micro-chip.

Is an import permit required for my puppy?

Most countries do not require an import permit. Countries that do, include, but are not limited to the UAE, Australia, Bahrain, Kuwait, China, Saudi Arabia, Oman and Qatar. Import permits are required firstly to make sure the breed of dog is allowed, and secondly to ensure the dog has all the documents needed. We will provide you with all necessary information and documents to make it easy for you. We also offer assistance in most of these countries through our local partners.

What is the vaccination scheme for our puppies?

All necessary vaccinations are received according to their age and country of destination.

What training will the puppy be given and will it require more after it arrives?

We are happy to see that you are thinking about training as it is very important. Puppies are not in general trained before departure, it is up to the breeder what training they choose to give the puppy. However if you wish for specific training this can be arranged for an additional fee. All puppies require proper training from their owner after arrival.

What is the best diet for my dog?

We recommend at first to feed your puppy the same food that the breeder gave. You can gradually try a different food brand that is available in your location. We always recommend super premium or holistic (grain free) dry brands. Good choices are, for example Royal Canin. We recommend feeding your puppy 4 times a day until 3 months of age, then 3 times a day until 6 months. From then on you can feed your puppy twice a day, and depending on your choice feed the dog 1 or 2 times a day from 1 year old.

What kind of environment should I create for my puppy?

This depends on several factors such as the dog breed itself, your circumstances where you live. What really is important is to leave space for the dog, let it have his or her own corner where no one should intrude, where he can feel safe and by himself. But make sure breakables and any safety hazards such as electric cables are out of reach. Having plenty of dog toys too is a good idea.
